CUSTOM SOLUTIONS FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Custom jigs, fixtures, and functional 3D-printed parts. Tell us what’s slowing you down. Let’s work on a better fit.
01 / WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
From positioning a component to guiding a repeatable task, start with the problem your team needs to solve.
Discuss guides and templates for repeatable placement, marking, and alignment.
Explore part holders, assembly nests, and positioning aids built around your workpiece.
Bring an idea for a purpose-built adapter, attachment, or practical shop accessory.
02 / SELECTED PRODUCT WORK
Explore cabinetry jig concepts and functional attachments, each shaped around a practical task.

GCS-C90
Two perpendicular reference faces, reinforced walls, and open clamp access. A concept for positioning cabinet panels and box corners during assembly.

GCS-H128
An edge fence and removable guide cartridge locate a handle pattern or center knob hole. Designed around replaceable steel guides and a marked workpiece centerline.
CAD concepts shown; physical testing is still needed. Final dimensions, materials, hardware, and availability are confirmed for each project. Example setups illustrate positioning; clamps and sacrificial backing are omitted.

ACCESS & REACH
An angled opening and slim profile for reaching into confined spaces.

03 / MATERIALS & FINISHING
Material choice and surface finish are part of the design, shaped around how your part will look, fit, and work.
High-quality engineering materials selected for the application, considering strength, stiffness, temperature, wear, and the working environment.
Surface preparation and finishing tailored to the part, with attention to a smooth feel, clean appearance, and the dimensions that matter for fit.
Discuss a coating and color to suit your part’s appearance and intended use. The coating process is chosen around the base material, surface finish, and fit requirements.
Material and finishing options are reviewed for each project and agreed before work begins.
04 / LET’S BUILD A BETTER FIT
Tell us about the task, the part, and what a successful result looks like. You don’t need a finished design to start a conversation.
